SSC MTS 2023 Notification OUT, Apply Online

SSC MTS stands for Staff Selection Commission Multi-Tasking Staff. It is a competitive examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) of India to recruit candidates for various non-technical Group ‘C’ posts in different government ministries, departments, and offices. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for MTS 2023 for 1558 posts. SSC MTS Tier 1 Exam 2023 will be held from 1st September to 29th September 2023 according to SSC Calender 2023-24.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

  • 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Age

1. SSC MTS

  • 18 – 25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN
  • 18-27 years for Havaldar in CBIC and for some posts of MTS
  • age relaxation as per government rules.

SSC MTS Application Fee

  • Application fees will be Rs 100.
  • There will be no fees for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/EX-Servicemen/Women

SSC MTS Selection Process

  • CBE (Computer-Based Examination) in English and Hindi and 13 regional languages.
  • PET/PST ( only for the post of Havaldar )
  • Document Verification

SSC MTS Exam Pattern

  • The exam will be conducted online in two sessions: Session 1 and Session 2 and both sessions will be mandatory for every candidate.
  • There will be no negative marking for Session 1.
  • But there will be negative markings in Session 2 for each wrong answer.
